Program description
Standpipe sends notifications about water service, including outage notices, boil water advisories, scheduled maintenance, service restoration, and office notices, to customers who have opted in through their water system.
Consent to receive messages
By subscribing on a water system's alerts page and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from your water system via Standpipe. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on water system activity.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a confirmation message.
Help
Reply HELP for help.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
